If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, 12bingo1 reserves the right to close all accounts, forfeit all balances including genuine deposits, and permanently ban the associated individual from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 12bingo1 username and password. You must notify 12bingo1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 12bingo1 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
12bingo1 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be 12bingo1 and requests your password, please report it immediately to support@12bingo1.app.
12bingo1 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and compliance with applicable Philippine law. Verification may be requested at any time, including during registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.
If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents within 14 days of a request, 12bingo1 reserves the right to restrict your account from depositing or withdrawing, suspend gameplay, and ultimately close the account. Genuine unplayed deposits may be returned to your verified payment method, but bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Most deposits are credited to your 12bingo1 wallet instantly. In rare cases where a delay occurs due to the payment provider's processing time, 12bingo1 recommends waiting 15 minutes before contacting support with your transaction reference number.
If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your 12bingo1 wallet within 30 minutes, please contact support with your GCash/Maya reference number or bank transaction ID. Do not attempt the same deposit again before confirming the status with support.
12bingo1 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification.
Withdrawals at 12bingo1 are subject to the following conditions:
Attempting to withdraw funds obtained through unauthorized means, bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance and permanent account suspension.
12bingo1 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion details.
New players who make their first deposit at 12bingo1 are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ₱3,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. The software only serves to stream and display the dealer's actions — it has no input into game outcomes. All live game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction that affects game outcome during a live or RNG session, 12bingo1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. No compensation beyond wager return is owed in the case of a technical malfunction. 12bingo1's determination of what constitutes a malfunction is final.
If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game session, 12bingo1 systems will attempt to complete the round based on your last confirmed action. If a round cannot be completed, the wager will be returned to your wallet. 12bingo1 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 12bingo1 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 12bingo1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software code, promotional materials, and the 12bingo1 brand name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of 12bingo1 or its licensed content providers.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 12bingo1 content without prior written consent from 12bingo1. Unauthorized use of 12bingo1 intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and may be pursued through legal channels.
Your use of the 12bingo1 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 12bingo1 shall not be liable for:
12bingo1's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 12bingo1's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12bingo1 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering at 12bingo1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12bingo1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
